David, or Uncle David I should say, is slaving away at Baylor Dental School, and apparently making a name for himself. I can't remember if this is his first year or second... but I definitely have gotten a few good laughs out of stories. Doing MRI's on a gorilla head, cadavers with implants, (implants not related to anything dental that is; yes, mom told me about that), and studying bats teeth. He has given Tyler PLENTY to talk about by showing him his text book with X-ray pictures in it. (BONES are so cool!)

Brooklyn caught her very first fish a few months ago...(very proud moment for her!!!) she actually caught two fish at the same time, but one escaped as we were pulling them out of the water, those tricky fish...getting off the hook like that ;)

Word Play
- The other day I told the kids that my brother and his wife are expecting 2 babies-twins... Tyler said, "How many are we having?" I said "None." He said, "Oh, we already hatched them all..." I guess you could call it that if you want...
- I overheard this coming from the kitchen yesterday morning. Tyler- "Brooklyn can you get me a bowl of cereal?" Brooklyn- "Tyler, You always want me to get you a bowl of cereal every morning, I am NOT a chef!"
- Tyler asked today if his teacher is "the one with her teeth in a bracelet?" (she has braces)
- Brooklyn told Tyler today, "You are the grooviest person I have ever met..."
- Tyler's favorite word-----"eyeball"---yes, still the same as a year ago, he tries to fit it in any conversation!
- Brooklyn's favorite word----- "Scram"---this is when we need to really hurry up
- Lily's favorite words-----"Ta Da"-as in look at me, I'm the coolest ever (usually after she dresses up)
