Brooklyn turned 9 and we celebrated roller sk8 style!!! Kallie, (our cousin), friends from church and school came to play with us! They actually love the inline skates more than the old school ones. Tyler and Lily picked it up too, in fact, Tyler wants to save up and buy a pair. Cool! Then, I'll have someone to go with! I made a yum ice cream cake with funfetti cake layers and Blue Bell 'Ice cream and Cake' flavor in the middle. Brooklyn is a sweet, helpful nine year old! She still enjoys school, her favorite toys are tiny little animals like her aunt Heather used to like. She likes to ride her bike and play outside. Looking forward to a new year and 4th grade!

Dude. That looks so fun. I want to be invited. For real. Next year for my birthday we are going roller skating! :)
