Our sweet little Brooklyn is one year away from being baptized. How did we get here? She is 7 years old today!
Brooklyn is a joy in our family. She is a feminine little replica of Jeff. She is quiet, serious, studious, calm, and loving. She is very attentive to the needs of those around her. She helps me with Lily and Tyler, and is constantly doing extra things to make them happy. She is quick to give you a hug, and then another one. She is always happy when she wakes up in the morning, and is usually awake before me.
Brooklyn is a healthy eater, again like Jeff. She doesn't really care for chocolate. Loves broccoli, carrot sticks and asparagus. She loves to run, and ran almost 3 miles the 2nd of school at her new school.
She LOVES to read and when I say LOVES, I mean I can't get her to bed because she's sneaking reading time. She read EVERYTHING, I bought her a really cute book the other day and she told me it was too easy... since when do I not like easy books? :)
Brooklyn is a very driven and determined little girl. She sticks to her plan and is hard to persuade otherwise. (I'm sure this will be a good thing someday...)
She is pure and innocent and doesn't pay attention to worldly charms. She is her own person. She is easy to please and a happy little girl. We love Brooklyn!!! Tyler is always asking me how Brooklyn got so smart. I'm glad she makes such a good impression on her little siblings. Yeah for Brooklyn!!!

How did our babies get so old?! My family keeps talking about Shayden's baptism next summer~ yikes! Brooklyn doesn't like chocolate~ are you sure she is your girl?! Hee hee!!!!!
What a fun party and what an awesome cake, Janelle! You go, girl! 7 years old does sound really old! Wow! What a cute gal.
